新鮮士多啤梨(草莓)醬
菜園的士多啤梨開始大豐收,店內的朋友終於可以品嚐農夫姐姐的心血結晶品,雖然不是太甜,但感覺真是有士多啤梨的鮮味。
天氣開始轉暖,新鮮摘的士多啤梨很快熟透,於是快快發揮麵包機其一的優點,做士多啤梨醬。

把1.5公斤熟透的士多啤梨洗淨切小粒,然後放進麵包機內按掣,1小時20分鐘就完成,最後加點楓樹糖(甜度個人喜愛而定) 混合士多啤梨醬,待士多啤梨醬涼後,便可以放入雪櫃儲存。09Bv. 施姐姐
Our farm has a very good harvest of strawberry recently and our shop regulars can finally share the joy of the hard work of our farm ladies.  Though the strawberries are not too sweet, they have an unique flavour. 
As the warm weather turns strawberries ripe pretty quick these days, the jam-making function of our Bread-maker comes in handy.
 
Home-made Strawberry Jam
After cutting 1.5kg strawberries into dices, put them into the bread-maker and press the button.  A pot of freshly made strawberry jam is done in one hour and twenty minutes.  You may add a bit of maple syrup to the jam to make it sweeter.  Store the jam in the fridge after it's cool. 感謝蔡小姐翻譯
